A: Chipping is always weather dependent. Rain is a contender in the summer months.  We will continue chipping in a light rain, but heavy rains and lightning will most certainly halt progress. It is difficult to navigate the chipper on even an inch or two of snow or ice, so if the weather is questionable, be aware we may reschedule. You will be contacted by a CUSP crew member the night before or day of your chipping project if we cannot make it due to weather. Please call us at the office to reschedule: 719.748.0033
