Office Manager Position
This is not an entry level position.
Coalitions & Collaboratives/Coalition for the Upper South Platte (COCO/CUSP) are seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
Our chosen candidate will have at least ten years of progressive experience and appropriate education to over see the needs of our busy nonprofit organizations. The ideal candidate will have at least some of their experience working in nonprofit or government organizations with background managing restricted grants and agreements, and following public procurement procedures and other regulations.
Duties include but are not limited to: facility management; office communications-distribution & redirection; oversee office functions & security; post & maintain various data & statistics; assist with procurement and HR functions; maintain office equipment & track usage; post/file/report & reconcile office cash operations and income/expense items; compile & post monthly billables; and in-kind & volunteer donations, monitor & coordinate office activities. High degree of competency with QuickBooks and standard office software suites is required.
The position is located in Lake George, CO. Pay commensurate with experience. Selected candidate will be subject to a full background check.
